And the Textio Equity Award goes to…

Congratulations to these organizations for earning the 2022 Textio Equity Award!

A week of celebrations continues! The organizations honored here know that it’s always the right time to be inclusive. Not a global pandemic, massive shift in the labor market, or any other unexpected challenge will deter them from replacing biased language in favor of words that promote inclusion. Because of that, it’s no surprise they have earned the title of Textio Equity Award winner this year.

The Textio Equity Award recognizes organizations with the greatest share of gender-neutral job posts written in 2021. Unconscious bias in language isn’t always obvious or intuitive, and these customers worked hard to closely follow Textio’s data-backed language guidance to craft more gender-inclusive job descriptions.

Congratulations to these leaders!
