Announcing the 2022 Textio Awards winners
Raise your hand if you thought 2021 was definitely going to be your year. Or, you at least thought it couldn’t be as bad as 2020. A wild guess that many of you are (virtually) raising your hands. This is likely how a lot of organizations felt at the start of 2021. A chance to go back to more “normal” times without a global pandemic looming.
While there were many bright spots last year, organizations continued to navigate the ever-changing landscape and new realities of work. Whether it was getting back on track after having major disruptions to workplace norms, managing unexpected changes to hiring volume, or dealing with the consequences of “The Great Resignation,” organizations showed up with grit and resiliency in 2021.
That makes this year’s Textio Awards that much sweeter. We are so proud of our Textio partners who chose to show up inclusively despite the challenges we all faced in the last year.
Today, we recognize the companies whose achievements in Textio have earned them the Textio Leadership Award.
The Textio Leadership Award recognizes organizations with the highest-average Textio Score for job posts written in 2021. The Textio Score measures how engaging and inclusive job posts are based on the predicted impact of the language used.
To earn this award, an organization’s recruiters and hiring managers must work closely together to ensure that all job posts meet an organization’s quality and inclusion standards. These organizations understand that no matter what is going on in the world, the language we use shapes who we are and what we stand for.
Congratulations to these leaders!
