Last week, we announced our first-ever Textio Awards, a new program honoring the achievements of Textio customers who have used language to transform their cultures and build more inclusive workplaces. This week, we’re delighted to honor the winners of the Textio Transformation Award, who ranked among the top 10% of Textio customers with the largest Textio Score improvements.

The Textio Transformation Award recognizes organizations with the greatest average Textio Score improvements on job posts written in 2020. To take a job post from 0 to 100, writers need to follow multiple forms of guidance to remove bias, harmful language, corporate jargon, and other detractors, and boost them with growth-mindset phrases, inclusionary language, and other positive additions.

Recipients of this award are among Textio’s most diligent and persistent writers, investing significant effort to earn the greatest score improvements on every job post.

Congratulations to these leaders!
