This year’s inaugural Textio Awards celebrate the achievements of our customers who have led bold change within their organizations through thoughtful language and inclusive communication. This week, we’re excited to announce the recipients of the Textio Equity Award.

The Textio Equity Award recognizes organizations with the greatest share of gender-neutral job posts written in 2020. Unconscious bias in language isn’t always obvious or intuitive, and these customers worked hard to closely follow Textio’s data-backed language guidance to craft more welcoming job descriptions.

From the hundreds of organizations writing in Textio every day, winners of this award stood out as committed champions of inclusion and have demonstrated exceptional intentionality in their language.

Congratulations to these leaders!

This list features all award recipients who granted Textio permission to use their names publicly. Each company was eligible to receive one award in their highest-performing category. To qualify, an organization had to rank among the top 10% of organizations in their category, publish at least 10 job posts in 2020, and have been a Textio customer since June 2020.
