Hawaii is fastest for filling hotel jobs. But who is the speediest hotel job filler in the Aloha State?

If you’re a recruiter, finding qualified candidates is job number one, but filling roles quickly is important to keeping down hiring costs. Some places simply fill jobs faster than others: Hawaii, for example, turns out to be the place where hotel chains are able to hire quickly most often. We looked at hiring outcomes in Textio’s massive data set to find out which hotel chains in the Aloha State are most likely to fill their jobs fast, and the award goes to … Hilton, followed closely by Hyatt and Sheraton. In Hawaii, Hilton is 5.6 times more likely to beat the industry’s average time-to-fill.
